The Ministry of Innovation & Technology has inaugurated a modern childcare centre aimed at supporting its employees.
Minister Belete Mola (PhD) officially opened the facility this week, describing it as part of a broader effort to promote a balanced and inclusive work environment.
The centre is designed to provide a comfortable and secure space for young children, enabling staff, particularly working mothers, to focus on their duties without compromising family responsibilities.
Officials say the initiative aligns with the Ministry’s internal innovation and human-centred policy reforms.
